Community Extension Activities of Department

The PG Department of Economics at Sree Narayana College for Women, Kollam, launched its Community Extension Activities today at the college auditorium. The event was inaugurated by Dr. P. K. Gopan, President of Kollam Jilla Panchayat, and attended by distinguished guests, faculty members, and students. Key initiatives included the donation of a wheelchair to the Gandhi Seva Sangham in Thangassery, a gesture led by the final-year BA Economics students, symbolising the department's commitment to social responsibility. SU/O A.B. Ambika was also felicitated for representing India at the Youth Exchange Programme in Nepal, an honour reflecting the college’s dedication to nurturing globally minded students.
