The UGC has played a pivotal role by providing financial assistance for the implementation of Coaching classes aimed at facilitating the entry of students from SC/ST and Minority communities into various services. The fundamental objective of this coaching scheme is to prepare individuals belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) and Minority backgrounds for successful employment in Group 'A', 'B', or 'C' Central services, State services, or equivalent positions within the private sector. Tailored coaching programs are designed to orient students specifically for competitive examinations such as IAS, State Public Services, Bank recruitment, and more. These coaching sessions are meticulously structured, addressing the distinct requirements of each competitive examination. To ensure personalized attention, candidates are grouped into classes comprising not more than 25 students. Experienced resource persons lead these classes, covering all subjects essential for the exams.
