The University of Kerala has launched the Kerala University Placement Cell to  create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives; To guide the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives; To Identify suitable potential employers and help them achieve their hiring goals; To organize activities concerning career planning; To act as a bridge between students, alumni, and employers; To take feedback from the industry and provide inputs for curriculum.
                                         Placement cell University of Kerala conducted a one day program on "PLACEMENT READINESS " for the students of SREE NARAYANA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN Kollam in association with the Placement Cell of our college on 2nd February 2023.(9.30-3.30)
Dr CHRISTABEL. P J, Convenor of University Placement Cell coordinated the programme along with Dr REKHA V V coordinator of Placement cell Sree Narayan College for Women Kollam. The trainer for the program was Dr AMALA ANIE JOHN CEO, FEMS, GSkool. A total of 157 students attended the one day  training.
The topics discussed included - 21st century skills for learners & job seekers, how to plan career, mastering group discussion, grooming and preparation for interview.
